You are granted a non-exclusive, non-assignable and nontransferable license to use this Data Product under the following terms and conditions: This license is not a sale of any or all of the owner's rights. This Data Product and the information on the Resumes developed by Head Hunters® World Wide Web server may only be used by you, and you may not rent, lease, lend, sub-license or transfer the Data Product or any of your rights under this agreement to anyone else. You may not develop or derive for commercial sale any other data product in machine readable form that incorporates or uses any substantial part of this Data Product or the information on the Resumes developed by Head Hunters® World Wide Web server. Additional limitations on use of this Data Product and the Resumes developed by Head Hunters® World Wide Web server are set forth below.

You may install and use one copy of the Data Product only on a single computer or network. This copy is to be used by only a single user at a time. No rights in or to such marks are hereby granted.
Right of Use LicenseThe information and content provided in this Data Product is provided under a nonexclusive, non-transferable license for use only by the individual who purchased a license for this Data Product and only for that individual's personal use. The information and content provided free of charge through the Resumes developed by Head Hunters® World Wide Web site is provided under a nonexclusive, non-transferable license for use only by the individual who signed onto this server, and only for that individual's personal use. The user is not permitted to commercially exploit the information or transfer it to any third party. Any reprinting, sublicensing, copying, modifying, publishing, assignment, transfer, sales, or other distribution of the information contained within the Resumes developed by Head Hunters® World Wide Web site or in this Data Product is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Resumes Backed By Head Hunters The user shall not copy, except to make one backup copy for personal use in accordance with the terms of the License, reverse engineer, decompile, translate, port, modify or make derivative works of the information, in whole or in part, except as allowed by applicable law. The user does not receive any, and Resumes Backed By Head Hunters retains all, ownership rights in the information. The information is copyrighted and may not be copied, even if modified or merged with other data or software. The user shall not alter or remove any copyright notice or proprietary legend contained in or on the information.
Consent to Monitoring and Disclosure
Resumes Backed By Head Hunters is under no obligation to monitor the information residing on or transmitted to this server. However, anyone using this server agrees that Resumes Backed By Head Hunters may monitor the server contents periodically to (1) comply with any necessary laws, regulations or other government requests; (2) to operate the server properly or to protect itself and its users. Any Resumes Backed By Head Hunters material on the Resumes developed by Head Hunters® server or in Data Product (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY RESUMES WRITTEN BY Resumes Backed By Head Hunters , AND ANY OTHER USER INFORMATION PROVIDED IN CONNECTION THEREWITH) may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Resumes Backed By Head Hunters has the right to make changes and updates to any information contained on the Resumes developed by Head Hunters® server or in this Data Product without prior notice. All sales are final. User's only remedy is to in-kind replacement of defective Data Product. This agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or the limitation of duration of an implied warranty, so the limitation or exclusion herein may not apply to you. This warranty shall not be applicable to the extent that any provision of this warranty is prohibited by any federal, state or local law which cannot be preempted. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Refunds. If you are not satisfied with the initial Responses provided by Resumes developed by Head Hunters.com, you may request a refund by completing the Refund Request form, which will be provided to you upon request. Upon timely receipt of the completed form, Resumes developed by Head Hunters.com will refund the total payment made by you, less a forty-five dollar ($45.00) service and processing fee. Refund must be done within 24 hours after signing up. After the 24-hour closing period, the project is considered for commencement and will be assigned to our team of resume writers.
Refunds for resume writing services are given less a 25% of the order amount if we already prepared and sent the initial draft. For two to three revisions that have been made, we will refund 30% amount of the package because we are already in the middle or about to finish the project. You must state that you are unhappy and request a refund within two days (48 hours) of receiving your draft. Fees for resume posting and online resume website are NON - REFUNDABLE. If edits are submitted for more than 4 revisions, it is understood that the client is pleased with the draft and wants to proceed with proofreading.
Unlike a retail store, we offer a service, not a product. Because of that, we cannot offer a full refund. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues you have with your order. Customer satisfaction is paramount with us.
This refund policy is enforced without exception because it is understood that this policy has been read and developed by the client upon signing. We do this to protect the company and the employees working in it. If we did not maintain this policy, some customers might be tempted to look over the research we made, copy it and express dissatisfaction and request for a refund.
The refund policy will not take effect:
1. If you have approved your resume.
2. If the project was closed for reason unrelated to our resume writing.
3. If we do not hear back from you for more than 2 months.

This is the exclusive Agreement between Resumes Backed By Head Hunters and the user regarding its subject matter. Resumes Backed By Head Hunters shall have the right to terminate users ability to access this service at any time without notice. Resumes Backed By Head Hunters reserves the right to discontinue or modify any of the information contained on this server and all related Data Products at any time. Resumes Backed By Head Hunters shall have the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The user may not assign any part of this Agreement without Resumes Backed By Head Hunters 's prior written consent. This Agreement shall be governed by the internal laws of the State of Washington. The user shall pay any taxes on the information or transactions, except for those based on Resumes Backed By Head Hunters 's annual net income. If any provision of this Agreement is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in effect. The user agrees to comply with all applicable laws in using this service or the information contained herein. No waiver of any obligation or right of either party shall be effective unless in writing, executed by the party against whom it is being enforced. Any such waiver shall not preclude a party from exercising any other right or later exercising the same right. Any notice under this Agreement shall be delivered by U.S. certified mail, return receipt requested, or by overnight courier to Resumes Backed By Head Hunters at the address below. These terms and conditions apply on behalf of Resumes Backed By Head Hunters and all of its affiliates, employees, suppliers, and distributors.
U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS
The information is provided to the user with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of The Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software--Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable.
